Matt has been in the fitness game for the past decade and grew up playing football, GAA and golf.
He studied sports science and has continued learning in sports psychology and nutrition.
Matt is a TPI Certified coach in Golf Fitness. It’s through his coaching of Golf Fitness that Matt found his passion for helping people. Seeing people improve in their strength and agility lead him to coaching Crossfit. He enjoys the challenge that Crossfit brings. Everyday there is something new to learn, between weightlifting and gymnastics it never gets boring.
Aside from coaching or training, Matt is partial to finding a good food spot for brunch and lunch is enjoys a sea swim.
