Hold or Cancel Membership



As stated in your Crossfit Green Membership Agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly subscription on hold. Subscription hold requests should only be used for situations such as injury, surgery, or pregnancy. However, we understand that in life, circumstances can change. All other hold requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Before submitting your Subscription Hold Request, please read the following important points carefully. By submitting the form below you are confirming that you have read and understand that:

  • Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 48 hours before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. All membership payments are non-refundable once your membership reactivates.
  • If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, your membership will expire at the end of your current monthly membership payment period.
  • If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
