Can I try out the gym prior to joining?

Of course! You can purchase a class pass here. All levels welcome, we have a great structure to get you started.

Do you offer open gym?

No, we offer top quality coaching and know it is the best way to get you the results you need and want. So come join a class and enjoy every minute of it. Book a class here.

Is there a class waitlist?

Yes, you can add yourself to the waitlist if a class is fully booked.

Once availability opens in a class you will be notified via email. You must accept your class by clicking the reservation button.

When can I book into classes?

Reservation for classes open 1 week before the start of each class, this is to avoid any block bookings and ensure fairness of a first come first serve basis.

What is your 'no show' policy?

If you have made a reservation for a class and do not show up to sign in to class you will be marked as a

Any No Shows will result in the use of 1 class to be deducted from your monthly membership plan and a fee of €10.

What is your class cancellation policy?

Cancelation of a class reservation must be made in the allotted times for each class. 

10pm the night before both 6am and 7am class or 11pm before the 8am class.

All other daily classes have a 1-hour notice to cancel.

Any cancelations made without the required notice will have a €5 fee.

How do I reserve a spot in class?

We try to make reserving for a class as easy as possible via our Wodify App, so you can quickly get your spot!

How do I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

To upgrade or downgrade your membership please contact the gym here. Please note that changes to your membership will take place on the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my membership?

All membership cancellation requests must be submitted here in order to be processed. 48 hours notice is required to cancel your membership before the next billing date. Refunds will not be permitted if a charge is processed without sufficient cancellation notice.

Can I pause my membership?

Of course! All membership hold requests must be submitted here to be processed. We can accommodate holds from 30 up to 90 days. 48 hours notice is required to place an account on hold. Memberships will reactivate accordingly and it is the members responsibility to manage their account.

How do I add or update my payment information?

You can add a new default payment method or edit your existing payment method on file from within your Wodify profile.

I already have a Wodify account, how do I switch gyms?

If you are an active member at two different gyms, you are able to merge your accounts and switch between accounts seamlessly.
