CF Strength and Conditioning


CF Strength and Conditioning is a class that has the ideal mix of weight lifting and aerobic fitness and is led by our expert coaching team that will teach you all of the major lifts whilst focusing on full body strength development. You will learn how to perform lifts such as the squat and deadlift, taught by our expert coaches. This class is topped off with a conditioning section, which includes a mixture of weights, gymnastics and cardio. This class is fun, exhilarating and exciting and allows you to work out at any fitness level.


Saturday Sesh


Saturday Sesh is a fun, big group-style workout designed to start your weekend off in the best possible way. Saturday sesh features great music to get you in a fantastic uplifted mood, with a killer atmosphere surrounded by like-minded motivated individuals. Sweat Marathon


Sweat Marathon is designed to build your long-distance engine, and is a fun and sweaty class that is designed to challenge you and push you to your limits. This class uses all of our Concept2 cardio machines: our RowErg, BikeErg, SkiErg and Assault Runners to give you the ultimate long-distance experience. This class is designed to work you at a steady heart rate and watch those calories burn away. It is a brilliant class to blow off some steam and get your extra energy out of your system, and burn calories whilst building strength and stamina throughout your entire body.
