Fitness to Suit Any Level

 

Here at Crossfit Green, our fitness classes are suitable for any level and we have a variety of classes to choose from. They are all specifically designed and programmed to help you achieve your fitness goals and to target your entire body including both your strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance. We have our Strength & Conditioning class, our Sweat: Marathon class, and our Saturday Sesh class. 

 

Strength & Conditioning is the perfect mix of aerobic fitness and weight lifting, and will teach you the basic and advanced Crossfit movements and techniques. This class is topped off with a conditioning section, which includes a fun mixture of weights, gymnastics and cardio.

 

Saturday Sesh class is a super fun, group-style workout designed to start your weekend off in the best possible way – with amazing music and a killer atmosphere. This class is super uplifting, sweaty, and fun and will put you in a fantastic mood for the rest of the weekend. 

 

Sweat: Marathon is designed to work you at a steady heart rate, and uses all of our Concept2 cardio machines like our SkiErgs and Assault Runners to give you a long-distance experience. This class is exhilarating and is a really great way to blow off steam, and leave you feeling accomplished. 

 

We know that it can be difficult to find time to fit fitness into your schedule, which is why our first class begins at 6 am and our last at 8 pm so that you can find a class that works for you. 

All of our classes are expert-led, by our team of experienced specialist coaches that are there to guide you through every movement and exercise that you will perform. Do not worry if you have never been to a Crossfit class, that is what our coaches are there for.
