  • CrossFit Class

    A CrossFit Class serves many purposes, it is the hour of your day when you can switch off and de-stress in the capable hands of the coaching team, you can chat to friends, have fun and be a part of something more. You feel better for the effort you put in, you are happier leaving ,then when you walked in, and you know you have gotten fitter along the way. With a structured program, the coaching team will guide you through the days WOD, teach you new skills and keep you safe by correcting and teaching you correct movements. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum results every time. Based on CrossFit’s prescription of “Constantly varied, Functional Movement preformed at High Intensity” you will get the results like the thousands of other CrossFitters do each day.   • Sweat Class

    This any level fitness class gets your heart rate pumping. Be ready to sweat and burn those calories fast. Track your progress with our heart rate monitoring system. Sweat class will get you fitter, improve your heart health and build up that engine fast. Get great results from all different styles of cardio work so you don’t get bored. Our new sweat studio creates an amazing vibe for each class. Sweat ticks all the boxes so you never want to stop.

    A great group session can be exactly what you need, with not pre requisits required, anyone can jump straight in and enjoy our Sweat class. In our new state of the art studio, the lighting and music set the vibe for an amazing class. All done under the eyes of the coach we can help you get fitter, fast.

    Each class has a specific goal, so rather than just wasting time in the gym you know there is real purpose behind each session you do.

  • Weightlifting

    Our Weightlifting class aims to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. This class is great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Private Training

    We take pride in the extensive and diverse knowledge our coaches bring to our community. CrossFit Green offers private training sessions that will help you achieve your ideal body. Some of our services include individualised strength and conditioning, goal setting, movement, and nutrition assessment, plus email support. We’ll develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
