CrossFit Green’s Strength and Conditioning class has the ideal mix of strength training and aerobic fitness.

Led by our industry expert coaching team, expect to see some of the major lifts like Squats and Deadlifts while focusing on full body strength development.

The class is topped off with a conditioning section which includes a mixture of weights, gymnastics and cardio.

Combining all of the basic and the advanced Crossfit movements allows you to work out at any fitness level and still feel that competitive edge.
