CrossFit Green’s Strength and Conditioning class has the ideal mix of weight lifting and aerobic fitness.
Led by our expert coaching team, expect to see some of the major lifts like Squats and Deadlifts while focusing on full body strength development.
The class is topped off with a conditioning section which includes a mixture of weights, gymnastics and cardio.
