Do you Need any Experience in Crossfit or a Certain Level of Fitness to Join?
No, you do not need any prior experience or knowledge in crossfit to come along to our gym, complete beginners are welcome. Our friendly coaches will be there to guide you through every step of the process and through your CrossFit journey. Whether this is the first group class you have ever come along to, or you have been to classes before then you are welcome.
What Classes do We Offer?
We have a wide range of classes available here at CrossFit Green to suit everyone, including Strength & Conditioning, Saturday Sesh, Sweat: Marathon, and Sweat X. So whether you want a full-body workout designed to get you moving more, to build your endurance, or improve your lifting technique then we have a class for you.
Don’t worry if you are completely new to lifting and/or strength classes, our coaches will be there to help you from the moment you step through our door. All of our classes are suitable for beginners so there is no need to worry if you are new. We also provide 1-2-1 training if you are interested in a more personalised and hands-on approach.

Do You Need to Bring Anything with You?
All we recommend you bring is a big bottle of water, and yourself. Wear something comfortable that you can move around freely and won’t restrict you too much. For example, shorts or leggings, a t-shirt or vest, a pair of comfortable trainers and you are good to go. You don’t need to bring anything else with you as at CrossFit Green we have all of the equipment that you need.
