"One to one coaching"


I was looking to work on bar muscle ups but was finding I needed a bit more time working on them 1-2-1 with a coach so booked a PT session. I found it a great help to be able to spend a bit more time on them than you’d get in a regular class. I still have a lot of work to do on them but was given a few drills to practice before/after class which was also very helpful.
